Welcome to FLYBYFLY®. These Terms of Service apply when you access or use our website, place an order, purchase products, contact us, or otherwise interact with our online store.

Please do not dispose of any product, packaging or shipping materials before contacting us, as this may affect our ability to assess the issue.
