Usage and care
Machine washable at 30°C on a gentle cycle. Air dry flat or hang to dry. Do not tumble dry, bleach, or iron. Ensure the blanket is fully dry before reuse.

All orders are dispatched directly from our warehouse in Australia. We aim to dispatch all orders on the same or next business day (Monday to Friday).
For orders with a total value of £135 or under (excluding shipping), VAT is included at checkout and no additional charges will be payable upon delivery.
For orders exceeding £135, UK VAT and any applicable customs duties may be charged at import. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid before the parcel can be delivered.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be received in new condition:
- Unused and unwashed
- Tags attached
- Returned in original packaging
We are unable to process refunds or exchanges for products that show signs of wear, washing, damage, or removal from their original packaging.
Please note that return postage costs for cancellations or change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
