Usage and care

Spot clean with a damp cloth using mild soap if needed. Gently wipe clean and allow to air dry completely before use. Do not machine wash, soak, tumble dry, or iron, as this may damage the fabric and clip.

All orders are dispatched directly from our warehouse in Australia. Orders usually leave our warehouse within 1–3 business days, excluding Queensland public holidays. Dispatch and delivery times may vary during sales and holiday periods.

For orders with a total value of £135 or under (excluding shipping), VAT is included at checkout and no additional charges will be payable upon delivery.

For orders exceeding £135, UK VAT and any applicable customs duties may be charged at import. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid before the parcel can be delivered.

Free Shipping on eligible orders of £250 or more, as calculated at checkout.

Shipping Costs for Orders Under £250:

  • Standard shipping (under 1 kg): £9.95
  • Standard shipping (1 kg and over): £14.95

30-Day Returns & Exchanges

All FlyByFly products are backed by a 30-day returns and exchanges policy, giving you added peace of mind when shopping for baby and nursery essentials.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be received in new condition:

  • Unused and unwashed
  • Tags attached
  • Returned in original packaging

We are unable to process refunds or exchanges for products that show signs of wear, washing, damage, or removal from their original packaging.

Please note that return postage costs for cancellations or change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
